Here is their letter. It sounds like it is the victim of uncertainty around federal funding and there are concerns about the costs of the event. They are considering holding the event again in 2027. The Niles Canyon Stroll and Roll is a biennial event (every OTHER year) on Niles Canyon Road aka Highway 84. (This means there is no Niles Canyon Stroll and Roll 2024.
